Do you deliver?

Our current delivery range covers most areas of Manhattan, New York. If you are located outside of our delivery range and have a request to deliver to your area, please contact us to get an estimate of the delivery fee for your area.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your order 48-72 hours prior to your pick-up/delivery date, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your order 24 hours before your delivery date, 50% of your total amount will be refunded. Same-day cancellations are ineligible for a refund.

When should I expect my delivery?

As each board is freshly assembled, a 48-72 hour advanced notice is required to fulfill all orders. Once we receive your order and payment, we will reach out to you to confirm receipt and delivery.

Where do you deliver in the NYC area?

We are able to accommodate deliveries for a flat $6.50 fee in the following areas of Manhattan (Kips Bay, Gramercy Park, Murray Hill, Midtown Manhattan, Midtown East, Diamond District, Garment District, Hudson Yards, Hells Kitchen, Chelsea, Flatiron, West Village, Greenwich Village, Noho, Soho, LES, Stuytown/Peter Cooper, East Village). For all other deliveries in the Manhattan area, delivery fees can range from $10-$15 depending on location. For deliveries outside of Manhattan (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens, deliveries can range anywhere from $15 - 35). If you’re located in any of our immediate delivery range area, please contact us directly to get an estimate of your delivery fee prior to placing an order.

What is the shelf life of a board?

We recommend boards be consumed on the day of delivery, but can be refrigerated and consumed for up to 2-3 days after delivery.
