Hi, my name is Sandy! During the day, I work as a marketing and branding professional helping to build the world’s biggest brands. After hours, I clock in as a creative cheese director, not-so-professional wine snob, and salami rose origami artist.
After hosting Fondue Fridays and Wine & Cheese nights with my “quaranteam” in my New York City studio apartment, I quickly realized how much I loved bringing people together over a shared experience. Charcuterie provides an intimate experience unlike any other — it’s artistic, elegant and simple.
After being dubbed the ‘cheese queen’ by close friends and convinced by a significant other to take the leap, Charcuterie Affair was born as a way to share my quarantine hobby with the rest of New York City.
By bringing together my love of art & design, quality food and serving people, I’ve made it my mission to create table art that connects people, forges new bonds, and creates lasting memories.
